Make her understand she's to treat everybody as equal not different.

I'm a campfire survivor, & all campfire survivors that remains there, needed to exit the fairgrounds in Chico, California by May 1st. I had followed the resources given to me, with no luck I hadn't accomplished a place to move my trailer & I. The morning of, I called several RV parks. I left a few messages to different RV parks. I got a call back from this one, Woodson Bridge RV Park, in Corning. The women sounded like she really wanted to help me. She told me that there is a application that I would have to fill out. She said that until the application was processed that she would put me in a spot until it was denied or approved. So I got a ride with my trailer and when I got here she totally changed her story and denied saying that she would put me in a spot until it was approved or denied the application. I let her know that I didn't have the money to pay for the spot for the week she said it was $229 for a week or $390 (I believe she said for the month), but there was a waiting list. I was able to pay for the week with the help of another campfire Survivor that drove me here with my trailer. When I took the office my number and asked her to have the owner call me she asked what this was regarding, and I said please just have them call me. Knowing her attitude with me already she said while they're not going to want to call you that are what I'm here for. She was really rude and her son, looking like a "wannabe" gangster, started arguing with me.
