I made a reservation for 6/2-6/4, which Hotel Reservation did not have my correct email address, which l never received an itinerary. I received only a text message with the itinerary number H6817809. My family and was traveling from South Carolina and l called the Hotel and cancelled due to not receiving information about the hotel via my email. I have sent pertinent information to my Credit Card Company, and Hotel Reservation disputing charges. I never checked in at WoodSpring Suites and they refuse to send me a cancellation email to forward to my credit card company, which is Capital 1. I have emailed both parties to no avail. The credit card company dispute letter requested for me to reach out to management at WoodSpring, but the manager knows my family and l did check in, aware of the wrong email address on file but refuse to send the cancellation. This is very unethical, and fraudulent on the management team at WoodSpring Suites/ Hotel Reservation. Thanks for your help in this very important matter. Resolution Sought Help me get my money back (498.78). My family and l never checked in but yet they refused to send a cancellation ticket via my correct email.
