These apartments will not give me my money back due to the fact that I had to move out of town. I gave them a deposit of $357 which was actually $250 for the deposit and I had a extra money order of $97 in which I gave to them also. I never signed any lease or any kind of paperwork I just gave them the money because I was considering to move there. I explained to them that my dad was very sick therefore I had to move back to Louisiana to take care of him. She stated the money would be returned to me due to the fact that I never signed to any commitments in which that was almost 2 months ago. I've been calling to check and I was told the money was in there corporate office and would be mailed to the address I gave them. Now they are screening my calls and sending me to a voicemail that doesn't have room for messages please help me I'm and need for this money and I don't feel comfortable with just giving them money for nothing. Resolution Sought I would like to have my money back.
