They need to provide the service they say they will provide. People depend on them as they are tax payer funded.

I am a resident of Wooster and I am dependent upon the local transit to get to work. I was waiting for the shuttle this morning at my stop at the Hope Center and the driver just kept driving with his face in his phone and I was standing in plain view. This has happened on several occasions and I will likely lose my job because of not being able to get to my job because their drivers are not doing theirs.
