Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I'm one of the new authors of workbook press in Las Vegas and none of their phones are working and I want to know why? Resolution Sought I want you to find out why their phones aren't working

This company published a book titled "The Case for Edward de Vere as the real William Shakespeare." They did an excellent job - that's not the issue. They have not taken the next step which is publicity. They don't respond to my emails nor do they accept phone calls. The "receptionist voice" says press. O. For the operator. I do that and a voice says "That is invalid"! I just want to know if they are still in business." Resolution Sought I'd like their spokesman Mike Smith to respond to my email or phone call and tell me what's going on.
