I ordered boots for x-mas on 12/4/2022 and they just notified me on 12/20/2022 that they won't be in until February 2023. And no refund for 10 days. I need that refund to go and purchase a pair. My income is Social Security Disability. So I need refund before Christmas. They should have notified sooner. I am very upset with company. I won't refer them to anyone. Resolution Sought Refund me immediately.
