Senior resolution from collection dept at wcu Martha Bourque & wanda Reyes have deliberately sabotage my fico n credit score in retaliation on complaint filed with NCUA. they have been taken my money using my (scu) routing n acct number with a Pacific service credit union so money is un tracraceble cryptocurrency. Collections dept Martha is in conspiracy with false late payments never late she pre preps late payments to credit reports adding up false late charges this is all conspiracy that she must maintain to not get caught Resolution Sought Restore my fico score and lost points to fraudulent deliberately reporting false late payments to protect herself not getting caught.

In oct 2023 the car loan was paid off using their customer service phone line. The pay off amount was 4,457.70. The customer service person didn't not pay off the loan she instead put the money in the saving account at the bank that the bank opened that we didn't even want. After getting the bank statement in November is when the error was noticed. So we called the bank back mid November 2023. We were told that it was a bank error and they would take care of it because this was not our fault. Ok sounds good. That never happened we called the bank almost 7 more times from mid November to December 2023. Being told each time we were all set we do not owe any more money on the loan. And that the loan was being sent back to the writers to fix the banks error and that we will have the title in hand by dec 26, 2023. Now we are in to January and the bank will not send us the title the bank wants a 45.00 payment. The 45.00 payment is a late payment for December 2023. We paid the loan the off in October 2023. We shouldn't have to pay a 45.00 late fee for December 2023. If the loan was paid off correctly like it shouldn't of been in October 2023 we would not have to make the December payment it was already paid off. We have even gone to the bank in person the bank says yes it's their fault they want the 45.00 for late payment for a payment that we wouldn't have to make if they did was they should of in the 1st place. So now they are holding our title to the van. Resolution Sought I would like my title to the 2014 dodge grand caravan that we paid off In October 2023.
