This law firm is purposely holding my settlement check because of my initial complaint with. I received communication from Attorney David Benn and he stated my check would be ready today or tomorrow. But when I called his employee Caroline said it may be ready sometime this week but definitely next week. It has been 4 months since this case was settle and it seems like they keep moving the goal post. Resolution Sought I am homeless with no money and my health is deteriorating I would like to receive my check so that i can seek medical attention.
