LIARS, CHEATS, SCUMBAGS!!
Not sure how they have a 4.5-star review on Google! First, it started with the sales guy. He was super nice when we test drove the car, but when the paperwork started to come out, it was clear he had no idea what he was doing. We asked simple questions, such as, "What is the interest rate?" and "Can we see the pricing breakdown again?" Every time, he looked confused about why we were asking these easy questions.
Second, is the finance manager. He denied the fact that cars depreciate when you drive them off the lot - seriously!! They bullied us into putting a deposit down on the car, and told us if we decide not to get it, we would get a refund right away - lies! Now, they refuse to refund the money quickly, and instead, they want to write a check, which is not what we agreed. We called a few days later to follow up, and they let the phone ring off the hook, until finally, someone picked up, then hung up right away.
Third, is some random sales manager, who once again, could not answer simple questions regarding car financing. He was rude, interrupted, and argued with us when we needed answers. He also put me on hold and never came back.
Fourth, is the GSM. He will never call you back, but instead, Slydials you so it looks like he called. What an a**.
WHATEVER YOU DO, AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. If I could give them a negative star review, I would. Not sure how they sleep at night. The only nice people there are the receptionists. They were lovely.
