I went in to make a payment today, and I had $120 in my hand so I think his name is Merrick he told me I owed a late fee which I knew I did, that's why I got extra money out of the ATM, so he told me I owed $95 because of the late fee so I handed him five 20 dollar bills and I had one 20 dollar bill left then he told me that he I only give him $80 so I told him that he must have dropped a $20 so he backed up his sit a little and didn't even let me look down there to confirm if it was there or not so he said I must have dropped it so I told him no I didn't because I held the money in my hand the whole time when I got it out of the ATM right across the the street from World Finances and what let me know he stole my $20 was that he didn't give me no kind of eye contact after he dropped the $20 on the floor so I gave him my last $20 cause I was on my break from work & I didn't have enough time to argue with him so I said I was going to make a complaint on him so that's what I am doing here and I hope something gets done about this because there is no telling how often he does this and I will be telling everybody about what he did and I will never use this company again in the future and I will tell my family and friends to go somewhere else for loans because even though it's $20 and not a huge amount of money it was mine just like everyone else works for there money I do to he stole from me and it's was wrong I know how much money I had I counted it 4 times before I walked in. Resolution Sought Have him pay me my $20 back out of his pocket and higher trustworthy people and I also want them to take me seriously and look into the matter because people like that will run down a business I don't trust World Finances anymore.
