I bought a vehicle from them 2 years ago was infested with cockroaches so after contacting the BBB they finally took the car back and ordered me a new car.. since then my car was attempted to be stolen was brought to the service department on Wednesday June 12 from Naamz auto body because the keys or alarm needed to be reset.. I called Thursday they had no idea where the keys were for my car promised they would have a manager call me never got a call.. I called again as my mechanic did they finally found the keys but no one checked it in so had no idea why act was there alot what was going on.. Friday I called car still not looked at said for sure Monday called again Monday still no call back and car still just sitting there I am paying $40 a day for a rental for a 10 minute fix that they refuse to even look at my car.. I have asked over and over for a call back and nothing!!! I would have never ever returned to this dealership but it was the one who put the alarm and auto start in… they are terrible terrible with customer service and have no clue what is going on there!! Resolution Sought Want my car fixed and out of there and my rental car paid for

Company ran my credit 13 times because I did not buy a car from them and now it shows up on my report that it was ran 13 times after I refused to buy a car Resolution Sought Remove the 13 times they ran my credit
