I was sold a car with previous issues that I believe was known by the World Kia Joliet dealership even though I was told that the car had no issues before purchasing it. I have a used 2019 Kia soul and it has been having issues since a month after I first purchased the vehicle (September 2023). I was led to believe my car was covered under a power train warranty but after calling again, I was told there was no warranty on the vehicle. Around mid march, my car started smoking, and flashing the check engine light and transmission light and would not turn back on. I took it to the dealership and they told me I needed a cylinder for my fuel injector and a new engine air filter. A week after paying $1600 for my car to get fixed, the car is experiencing the exact same problems. I got my car checked by a trusted mechanic and was told that the dealership put too much oil in my car and did not even fix the fuel injector at all. Resolution Sought I'd like for the dealership to pay off the car, so I won't have to pay the car note anymore. I'd also like the $1600 back that I paid to get those problems fixed, as well as the $1800 back I put as a down payment for purchasing the vehicle.

Purchased the vehicle in 2021. Started having problems in 2023. Vehicle was serviced for multiple recalls. March 2024 vehicle stopped on Highway in Jacksonville Florida and was sent to Kia dealership. Kia Dealership mechanic called with disappointing news that the vehicle could not be fixed. Vehicle engine needed repairs along with other issues. The vehicle is still under warranty and is only 4 years old. Kia service in Jacksonville would not offer me a loaner car nor a trade in. I am without a vehicle and I don't have any other means of transportation. I am asking for a new car!!!!! Resolution Sought I would like the Kia company to give me a brand new vehicle for the inconvenience and endangering me on the highway.
