If I could give them zero stars if I could! This is the worst business I've ever worked with! My worst rip off ever!!!!

Do not let this companies AAA better business beauro rating fool you like it did me. These people are extremely incompetent! They threw away my prototype that cost me 7,000 dollars to create! They gave me the silent treatment like a bunch of children after they lost it! Not only are they incompetent, they all lack a spine, I never got any responses to my phone calls or emails after they failed miserably safekeeping my investment! I have a full fledged united states patent for my functional prototype that they threw away pat#8,808,147 and every person I worked with seemed confused by this; for some reason all of the employees are unaware of what steps to take if all of the work is done and you give them a functional prototype to market. Customers cannot possibly get a client any easier to work with than I was, all the work was done. This is the worst disservice anyone has ever done to me in my life!!! They literally threw away years of my time, research, and investment!!! This company has cost me and lost me thousands of dollars! I would strongly advise anyone to do business elsewhere especially at the South Miami location, you're just going to end up losing, they have no clue what their doing!!!

Everything and everyone is real and helpful!

The first person I had spoke with is project manager Alexander Alfonso. He was super helpful! And patient! He listened to everything I had to say, then explained how certain things would and wouldn't work. He is very thorough. I liked how he would respond back to my emails or phone calls right away.
I was very skeptical of EVERYTHING at first because I had a family member submit a form with An idea he had with a different company, sent money, and never got a call back. I did a lot of research before I sent the first 1,000. And it is very real!!!
