Bought a brand new 2018 Subaru premium outback 2.5 from World Subaru in Shrewsbury NJ, in June of 2018. Always took the car there for oil changes, etc. Skipping ahead to August 4th 2023, Called service advisor Rudolph Degaetano for an appt, because of the key getting stuck in the ignition, and other things. After waiting about 5 hours for the car, and we also had all new brakes and all new tires and an oil change an alignment, etc, Rudolph calls my wife and I and says your car is all done, but Rudolph checks the car and yells I can't get the key out of the car I tried it 5 times, so he calls this service man and he gets inside the car and begins to tighten up something, as I asked what your doing he doesn't answer. Rudolph said they replaced a plate under the shift on the floor for automatic transmission that was keeping the cars key getting stuck in the ignition. Rudolph said bring the car back in. When I called to speak with Rudolph the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and just got ruder. Finally I called back and spoke with a very nice lady who said Rudy's on dispatch and put me through so I could leave a message for him to call me, he never did, now not only was the work done improperly they have the shift so lose you almost can't shift it and I tried to send the executive manager Joe Wajda an email and he refuses to help or talk to me where he helped me so many times before. There's about 5 more problems with the car, that many people had. Resolution Sought Either fix the car correctly without ruining other things, or pay me to take it somewhere else, and how come the Executive Manager is not doing anything to help out in this situation, another person I spoke with his last name Chan, shouldn't be talking to people, he was just as bad as the first girl I spoke with except this person Chan needs to treat senior citizens with respect, instead of being cocky. So either fix this car correctly or give me the money for me to fix it somewhere else.
