I have tried to call for 6 days to cancel my cruise no one answered and online chat refused to cancel said it has to be done over the phone. Resolution Sought My cruise canceled.

In January 2020 I had a cruise completely paid for. My traveling companion cancelled. Cruises.com issued me a $350 goodwill voucher. I rebooked a cruise for feb 2021. Covid cancelled that one. We again rebooked for feb 2022. In oct 2021 I called to make my final payment. Was told I still owed more money. Out of frustration, I cancelled. Was told my voucher was good for 1 year from the day I cancelled that cruise. My friend went on the cruise in feb 2022. I called to book a cruise for March 2022, they told me they gave my voucher to my friend in feb!!! When I questioned why in the world they would give my credit to someone else, they changed their story and said they had expired. When I asked which story was right, they said it didn't matter, they were just gone. Well, it does matter, if they expired why didn't they tell me that I had another year?? And if they gave my credits to someone else , they owe me $350!!!! Resolution Sought I want my $350 and now I'm going to lose my $275 flight credit that expires March 31, 2022!!
