I send some money over world remit app that was over 1 month and they refuse to give me my refund back. I sent my bank statements al the !7 that they are requesting and they didn't want to give me my money back. I have a proof that I have t get the money back. Resolution Sought I want my money back I want world remit refund my money to my account.

This email is to acknowledge we have received the letter for the claim Mrs Botache is making. I have sent her an email with the information in our system, and we are currently waiting for her to reply. As a regulated company we are unable to share these details with 3rd parties, however I have sent an email to Mrs Botache separately, and have requested her to forwarded it to the BCA team.
