Ordered a tankless hot water heater from Amazon who apparently uses this company as a "third party distributor ". Item was defective when received and after returning it in its original packaging received an email saying we had returned an incorrect item. We returned the exact item that was sent to us! Resolution Sought Want a full refund of purchase price of $408.00.

The item buyer sent back is MATERIALLY DIFFERENT. The item we sipped to the buyer was a brand new EcoSmart ECO 27 Tankless Water Heater . However, the item buyer sent back was a used and damaged unit with a DIFFERNT SERIAL NUMBER. Buyer is NOT eligible for a refund.

The item we returned was the item we received. Although it looked new, there was no way of telling until it was installed and did not work or knowing what serial number was supposedly sent. This is a common complaint with your company. I have read many reviews of other customers being scammed by you!

All the units we have including the unit we shipped to you are brand new in a factory sealed package with a one year full manufacturer warranty. The item buyer sent back is MATERIALLY DIFFERENT.
