Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I had phone service with WOW. On May 24th without notification my service along with everyone else in my complex. I line in a community that the youngest person is 65. Most have health problems and need their phones. This is a very long complaint I need someone to contact me so I can explain what happened. Resolution Sought Answers, apology and refund.

Had service advertising one price charge for all more no service for the whole month service billing mistake still get charged with no no service, they billed different number an wouldn't look into the billing an still charging to me with no service keep me on the phone for hours at a time my time losing my money an demand on more with no service. Resolution Sought Be fair.
