Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This internet company is slow to fix issues. They installed my neighbors internet and in the process CUT my internet cables. When we asked them to fix the issue they said "they can't because they do not have those wires. Customer service said since I am not a customer of theirs, there is nothing they can do. They have no office that I can go to or make a complaint. There is no feedback service on their website or over the phone. This is a terrible business practice. Resolution Sought To provide better service. Reimburse me for the $50 I am having to spend for a hotspot because I work from home. My provider can not come out for a few days so I have no other option. Mistakes happen but they did not install the internet correctly nor did they address the issue when it happened. They did not rectify anything, just left us to figure it out on our own.
