Ordered a trailer from them on 11/17/2021, I had it transported to California and it arrived on 11/22/2021. It wasn't the trailer I ordered and it had a broken axle. I've attempted phone calls everyday they have been open, goes directly to a voicemail for wow trailers warranty department, I leave a message without a call back. The transportation company that delivered the trailer showed me pictures when they picked it up, it was damaged then, I suppose they didn't see it. It's been confirmed by 3 separate trailer shops in California it's a broken axle and it need to be replaced. I needed the trailer to move 1600 miles, I have to have the trailer axle fixed before then, but now I'm incurring extra cost due to living, property storage and the extra cost of buying an axle. (we sold our home) Resolution Sought I am requesting a reimbursed for the cost of replacing the axle.
