Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I am writing to formally dispute late charges totaling $40.00 ($10.00 x 4) applied to my account. These late fees were incurred after I requested that my billing due date be adjusted to align with my Social Security payment date. At no time was I informed that due date changes were not permitted. Had I been made aware of this policy, I would have made alternative arrangements to avoid late payments. I spoke with a representative named Joseph regarding this matter. During our conversation, I expressed that while I understand and have accepted certain fees (such as the $5.00 representative payment fee and the $4.00 statement fee), I do not believe these late charges are justified given the circumstances. Due to the inability to accommodate a reasonable request to adjust my due date, I have since discontinued services with WOW and switched to another provider whose billing better aligns with my financial schedule. As previously stated, I am willing to pay the undisputed balance of $50.52. However, I am requesting that the disputed late fees of $40.00 be removed from my account. I respectfully ask that you review this matter and make the appropriate adjustment. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this dispute to the appropriate consumer protection agencies. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your resolution. Resolution Sought have $40.00 removed from this bill for late charges I was charged because WOW doesn't change due dates.

This business has been charging for services I have not used. My service were interrupted on may 23. I have been being billed for services after this date. When your phone bill is disconnected, they don't charge you for a bill after. Resolution Sought I'd like to file a law suit
