Customer Complaint

This company put a new motor on my gas furnace. They put in on wrong. Where you put the oil in it, it is facing sideways. It shout be on the top. The diagram shows it on top, but they are disputing it. I have had 2 plumbers tell me it is on wrong and I have it in writing I'm afraid it will start a fire. I sent them 2 letters on December 10th and January 28th. They signed return receipts. They never respond. I am going to have to have another company come in and fix it. I feel they should be held responsible for the cost. Resolution Sought Have Wright Electric pay for fixing the problem
