They could SO improve!

I've had this software for about 7 years. They said years ago, when the software didn't overwrite the credit card numbers, they were going to do an update to make it do that. They never did. About 3 years ago, they told me it would cost me $200 for them to do this update. WHAT?????!!! Then I heard nothing from them. They are slow to respond to ANY email. I'm talking days that turn to weeks. They never sign their name, which is rude and unprofessional. When one has to get a new computer, they want you to uninstall the old one and show them the file, and they will send you a new copy, allegedly. However if there is no way to obtain that sca file, because the old computer crashed and burned, they don't answer their email requests. They don't put the file on a disk. It's $300 for pete's sake. They obviously don't trust anyone, yet expect us to trust them with our cc info and all else. When I had a recent problem with shopping cart assistant, they couldn't solve it. I finally figured it out on my own. Since the people at write it once, don't update shopping cart assistant to be able to overwrite existing information, especially in this day when addresses etc, are constantly changing, it's become pretty worthless. the only thing it does is bring orders over from whatever cart you are using, but having to double check if the name, address, cc number, expiration date, email, phone number is still correct, I will have to find something else. Write it once people have shown they don't care about their customer. Mal's has something they use. SCA write it once would be a nifty thing and it would make them a lot of money, if they would only answer their emails and update the software.
