Ms. Treglia change to our dealership on November 3rd 2023, with 63,460 miles on the vehicle. Her car received an oil change and tire rotation, as well as having the air filter and cabin filters changed. Unfortunately, Ms. Treglia's vehicles mass air flow sensor filled shortly after these services they called her check engine lamp to illuminate. The vehicle was towed back to the dealership with 63,467 miles and the mass air flow sensor was replaced and pay for via the customers extended service contract. The customer only had to pay a $100 deductible and the rest was covered under the service contract. I do not feel we are at all responsible as the maintenance we performed could not cause the failure of the mass air flow sensor.
