Wunderpark MHC complaints

I very lived her since December 2021. The trailer had a lot of defects from the beginning. I've reported them to the manager and the owner alot. Nobody does anything. The ac/heat unit has been torn up for months. I have asked it to be checked because I have a condition, SVT I acquire from covid. I'm a nurse. I told them the heat is to much. The ac is on 68 degrees and I sweat all night even with a fan on. When i get home from work the house is very hot . The ac unit cuts off on its own.The roaches in grass is awful. My grass had just been mowed for the first time in weeks. The roof over the stove leaks when it rains from day one I asked fir it to be repaired. The stove has a shortage it goes out when I'm cooking. I saw a black snake under my stairway when I got home the other day. It's leaks in home when it rains hard especially around windows. Other tenants have these same problems. I bought a chest if drawer from a used furniture store and the lady thete said she sell this company all her used appliances. That explains aoy. Plz come inspect and talk to the tenants. They plan to hook us up to city for water but all those pipes they installed for water was dropped and Most of them broke and cracked and they still put them down. I was looking out kitchen window when it happened. The manager never takes care of anything and when u call the owner, he doesn't follow thru. It's too many trailer out here. No privacy at all. Resolution Sought To fix all the problems. Rent is 895 a month and 980 if u r late. I've been one day late due to my payday and still had to pay that obsurd late fee of 85 dollars. Unheard of!!. Grass needs to he treated. Need privacy fences. Need water lines repaired. Need ac units checked. Roof repaired and stove replaced. Need new management. There's no structure. I'm 64 yr old . During winter when it got really cold, I had to use oven to stay warm .
