I took my daughter to W&W auto in Seymour Indiana to get her a car, she financed a 2020 Nissan, a week later is was smoking real bad, they said to drop it off and they would fix it, they couldn't fix it ,so they sent it to a Nissan dealership in Bloomington Indiana, they said the rings inside the engine were shot, so now W&W will not return our calls and the warranty company will not stand by their warranty and said we are responsible for the $10,000 it is going to cost for repair, even though the warranty says anything internal on the engine is covered. Resolution Sought Stand by their warranty they are claiming that their vehicles are covered by and fix my daughter's car, also can I file a law suit ??
