I wrote a check in the amount of $6,575 in October of 2020 for new flooring & installation to Wyatt Raper, Wyatt Co Construction. As of today, 10/13/2021 I have yet to get my new flooring & installation. Check was cashed October 2020. I notified Wyatt Raper and told him I'd like a refund. Still no refund and lack of communication. A local police officer contacted him over a week ago. He said I would have a check by the end of last week. Still no refund check. I am a widow of a police officer and on a tight income. I'm living with concrete flooring and my belongings on my back porch. I need my floor done before winter and I can't get someone else because Wyatt Raper has my money. Services were not rendered!!! Resolution Sought I want my refund check in the amount of $6575 by the end of October 2021.
