On 10/2/2023, Justin Conn an employee of Wyatt construction came to my house to collect 1/2 of the money due for my project. To date, May 1, 2024 my project hasn't been started. I have called Wyatt construction to see when they would be doing my project. Nobody ever answers their phone. I left messages & nobody called me back. On April 11, 2024, I messaged Wyatt construction & got a reply from the owner, Shay Wyatt. I told Shay I no longer wanted Wyatt construction to do my project & I want my $2375.00 returned. Reluctantly, Shay agreed to return my money but insist I pick the check up at the office. He is refusing to send a check to me through the United States postal service. He claims I didn't want him to mail a check. That is not true. I have repeatedly asked him to mail a check. Wyatt construction is not happy about returning my money & I do not feel safe going to their place of businesses to pick up money owed to me. Resolution Sought Return to me my money, $2375.00 via the United States postal service.
