I had purchased their investment advisory service (Option Income Pro) in Feb 2022 for a duration of 5 years. They abruptly stopped the service and offered another service (in lieu of my subscribed service). I refused and requested a refund. They refused to offer any refund. Resolution Sought Refund of my paid subscription (in the amount of $ 1497.00)

This is for Andrew Packer. I am your member for Bit coin. So far you provide so little information regarding Bit coin, what to buy, where to buy, how much to buy for. I refer by Email communication. I paid for the research, I expect I get your reports. I remember you sent out only one recommendation. I hope this is not too much to ask for. Best regards Resolution Sought I only knew the coin listed by Coin Base. Just for you to know, my Coin Base account being hacked and I lost $30K, Coin base do nothing to help for some remains, because I freed my account when hacking. For 4 months now, I only got machine messages. I know another person faces the same. Nothing to do with you, but Coin base account is easy to hack, all they need is your email. They can duplicate your phone and change your password to lock you out. I hope this not bother you. Regards
