This business sold me a 2024 Volkswagen atlas. Had me to believe it was everything that I did need and told me it initially had a reliable gps. Which it did not and I'm unsure why I was actually stirred away from the other Volkswagen that actually had the built in gps. Well come to find out they didn't want me to have the gps because the 2024 Volkswagens gps systems are crashing. They were going to charge me a $170.00 diagnostics fee to diagnose their problem. I also had to go to and from Clarksville TN within a weeks time to get the correct Volkswagen atlas for false information which made payments hire for me and more gas wasted. I also found out the the Sales men who sold me my car quit the next day. So the gps had me in the middle of lakes and off road somewhere when I live in a big city. This company knew about the nationwide gps infotainment center crashing and made me not even close to being aware. I had to trade in the Volkswagen atlas and lose $10,000 in negative equity. I called to Get the general managers name and they were very hesitant in giving me the name. This is a very low balling scam dealership all to gain a back and they do not care in the least! Resolution Sought I want my gas back that I wasted for false information to have to get 2 cars in under a week and I want my $10,000 in equity back!!!!!!

Customer purchased vehicle on 10/12/2023. The first unit was presented to the customer base on needs of the customer and price, the day after customer came back and wanted to exchange vehicle for one equiped with the navigation system, this was done on 10/13/2023. The vehicle has not been at the store since, no records on our service department for any complaint. On 1/29/2024 Volkswagen of America send out to all dealers a Technical Service Bulletin,91-24-02-MIB3, this bulletin covers the problems that Ms. Thomas experience with their vehicle, this is a manufacture fixed, this is not created or control by the dealership.

I purchased a 2023 Volkswagen Taos, and the Bluetooth phone system went out the 1st week I had the vehicle. When I took the vehicle back to the dealership to fix the problem I was told that was nothing they can do but in doing it 24 in the state of Tennessee there is a law that is raising the price of a phone ticket up from 250 to $500 per ticket I asked who's going to be responsible for the ticket then I ask how can I be compensated for the trouble I'm having with the vehicle and still there's nothing they can do they're saying that I'm selling to $8,000 vehicle behind to receive the part to fix my problem with the car I think that's bad business if I could get some help with the situation I appreciate it. Resolution Sought Fix my vehicle or give me one of equal value that works properly

Mr. James Curry visited our store on December 2nd, 2023, for an issue with his Bluetooth. This was recorded on Repair Order # 803418C. Volkswagen of America has a fix for the issue on Mr. Curry's vehicle, but the part is on back order and not available to the dealership at the time, Mr. Curry was informed of the situation, and the part was on order on arrival. Mr. Curry will be informed to finalize the repair.
