Faulty Microphone In My Bluetooth

I purchased a 2023 Volkswagen TAOS, for over $28,000.00 I drove it for one week and my microphone system went out of my vehicles Bluetooth, and I was unable to talk the the car system. I thought it was a bad situation which it really is But then I made a complaint with BAC, and they helped my situation out very quickly. Volkswagen called me and inform me they have received a complaint. yet within the next 25 days I was able to have my car fixed when they said it may take over a year, and there was 7,000 vehicles ahead of mines. I said if it's that many vehicles they all do a recall and fix the problem before selling people those cars for that much money never less my problem will solve and I Thank Wyatt Johnson and I Thank BAC for helping out to get my matter resolved. I give Wyatt Johnson 5stars for how Professional they handle this matter .
