Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Twitter sent me an email saying they locked my account. I'm able to login though so they didn't actually lock my account. The email said that I should login and follow the directions. When I login there are no directions. Twitter did this five days after I purchased premium. I purchased premium also roughly a month ago and they did the same thing then too. I attempted to appeal the lock, but it keeps telling me that I have an appeal pending when I don't. Apparently, they did not like me using the word "pig" to describe the country Israel. I also listed Israel's war crimes which they also called H speech but my source was the United Nations. I also posted to headline titles with no commentary. Again, I said nothing. I just posted screenshots of two headlines. And they removed that. Oddly, both times that my account was "in limbo" was for saying things about the state of Israel. It is incredibly odd to me that Israel has this kind of influence over American technology. The fact that Twitter continues to charge me as a premium account, but refuses to allow me access to any of the premium benefits like the chat to try to correct their error. Their glitch is infuriating. They have an appeal process that they are denying me access to, because I do not support Israel. Resolution Sought I want them to restore my account and stop blocking my ability to appeal.

Twitter/X Banned My IP Address believe Twitter/X Banned My IP Address because every time I try to create another Twitter/X Account I keep receiving a Error message saying that Oops, something went wrong Please try again later (As Shown in the Picture) So I waited for 4 days then I try to create my Twitter/X account again but I keep receiving the same Error message. Also I tried to the clear cache, clear storage, use different browsers, delete the Twitter/X App reinstall it, updated the Twitter/X App, Restart my phone and use different devices but unfortunately I keep receiving the same Error message then I contacted Twitter/X Customer support through the Twitter/X help center but unfortunately they were no help at all. Resolution Sought I just want Twitter/X to Unban my IP Address so I can able to create my Twitter/X Account Again.
