Signed up with PHP agency and was also signed up with excel testing solutions same day, canceled within 3 days never opened the testing, the agent only demonstrated how to take the test , PHP refunded me 199 paid but excel declined to refund me. Resolution Sought Get refunded.

I was charged 199 on August 19, 2022 without my knowledge of the cost. As I'm on the phone with them I get a text from my bank that they charged my card 199$ I immediately asked for refund, I was told I can't get one until Monday. I advised I'm not waiting to Monday if I canceled within minutes . I call my bank and disputed the charge. I them get notified on august 20 they charged me again for $199. I tried calling xcel and they are closed. Resolution Sought Refund my entire amount $199.
