Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Customer Complaint

I invested $100.00 in Bitcoin with, xCoins.io, on12/23/17 and tried to sell the 0.00642745 percent of a Bitcoin on on or about 9/6/21 and was having difficulty so I contacted Patrick Maher, the Manager of Customer Service, and he told me that I had to convert my Bitcoin percentage to USD funds, which I did and then a company they use named Plaid would complete the transfer to my Bank of America account. Plaid indicated that they were having connectivity problems with Bank of America and that I had to pick another Bank, so I listed Ally Bank and they approved my checking account at Ally Bank on 11/16/21. The system at xCoins.io kept saying the the transaction was being processed until 12/05/21 when it stated that the $400.00 transfer was successfully completed. Everyday since 12/05/21, I would email Patrick Maher of XCoins.io and he would tell me that the transfer was successfully completed. To date, Ally Bank tells me that the $400.00 has not been transferred to my account. XCoins.io shows a receipt in their system. Patrick Maher now tells me this transfer company has some problems. Is XCoins,io a fraudulent company? If not, why can't I get my $400.00 USD funds transferred into my Ally Bank checking account? Thank you Resolution Sought Complete the transfer of my settled USD funds of $400.00 into my Ally Bank checking account ending in 3589.
