I had ordered a cover for my daughter's truck in 2021. However, they sent the wrong cover for the vehicle. I been trying to get in touch with the company because they don't have any contact information in the package received or a phone number listed. I went online and was able to send an email which I finally received an email last year stating that they would reimburse me for the item. However, I had to go through the company I order it through that they had contract with, which was Walmart. Well Walmart only has a 15-day return policy and do not refund items after the fact. I been trying to get in contact with someone from the company but has not been successful in doing so!! I've looked up information and phone numbers on-line but has not been able to reach the company. The amount in question is $ 59.99 + tax. Thank you. Resolution Sought I would like to return the item for a full refund since receiving the wrong item.
