Most complainants allege the company fails to respond to email or voice mail messages, or they receive generic emails in response to detailed questions regarding accounts. Others allege the company refuses to cancel accounts as requested, or, they incur unauthorized charges on credit cards after accounts are cancelled. Several complainants allege the company did not give adequate notification to users before deactivating accounts and deleting files, or thatnotification was sent after the account had been deleted.

The company responds to most complaints by canceling accounts, issuing the requested refunds, and verifying that recurring billings will be stopped. Other complaints are addressed by reminding customers of contract terms and conditions which allow them to terminate user accounts upon fifteen days notice, or on accounts that are over 120 days old. Allegations concerning customer service issues are generally not addressed. A few complaints remain unanswered.
