Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. Customer Complaint

My charge was on 10/18/24 at 6:55pm. Server was Kevin. I had 5 guest in total but my receipt said 6. There appears to be a 20 gratuity that was applied without my knowledge or consent. I am disappointed to say the least. I was then given another bill to add tips. This is bad practice and fraudulent to get double tips. I have tried to call the business on 10/21/24 and there is no one available to accept calls. I do not think it is fair practice or even legal to automatically apply tips and at any percent of the servers own choosing. Resolution Sought I would like the amount of $28.80 returned to my credit card as I feel the server should not be able to add gratuity for himself and attempt to receive additional tips in a fraudulent way. This is extremely bad practice that should in no way be rewarded for. I do not wish this to be done to other patrons in the future. Please train or retrain this server.
