This company took my money and ran. I didn't get the computer that I paid for in fact I never received it. When I tried to state that my order was not received, I was told to file a police report regarding the theft and not given any options for a refund, replacement computer, or even proof that the damn computer was shipped to anyone. I cannot afford a lawyer and cannot afford to sue these people but I would if I could. I don't have a computer now and I am furious. Resolution Sought No questions asked ship me the product I paid for. It's either that or cancel the debt that I'm still paying the leasing company for a product I never received.

In the complaint form that was attached to this email, the customer states that they did not receive the computer. We have email correspondence with the customer showing they did receive the computer, then two months later the computer was stolen from their premises. We advised the customer to file a police report to attempt to recover the stolen merchandise, since the warranty does not cover stolen merchandise.

I order a model in February the company did not send out my PC after a week. I contacted the company and asked about my order on the PC. The company told me that it would be sent out next month. The next day I get an email saying that my order was on its way. I received my PC, but the keyboard did not work. I sent it back; it took two weeks to get an account credit. I order another model with an ETA of July. On July 6th, I contacted the company about my order because I saw the same model show up on Amazon. Also, there was a CDNET review on the model a few months earlier. I contacted the company again about my PC. They said that they were waiting on a shipment to fulfill the outstanding orders. Then the next I received an Email that the model has is discontinued. Then they wanted me to cancel the order and buy one of their house PC. All of them are not in stock and are overpriced pieces of junk. I asked for a refund. As of this writing, I have not received any refund. The company stated that it takes 3 to 5 business days for the refund to hit my account. No problem, I am still waiting. I then contacted the company and they stated that the money has left the bank account on the 8th and I should get a refund. No refund after 7 days. I contacted the company and they told me a different story and I will receive the refund soon. Then the company stated that I use paytommor for the order and they would be sending the money to them instead. I never used pay tomorrow but did finance Resolution Sought A complete refund to my personal account!
