This company took my money and ran. I didn't get the computer that I paid for in fact I never received it. When I tried to state that my order was not received, I was told to file a police report regarding the theft and not given any options for a refund, replacement computer, or even proof that the damn computer was shipped to anyone. I cannot afford a lawyer and cannot afford to sue these people but I would if I could. I don't have a computer now and I am furious. Resolution Sought No questions asked ship me the product I paid for. It's either that or cancel the debt that I'm still paying the leasing company for a product I never received.

In the complaint form that was attached to this email, the customer states that they did not receive the computer. We have email correspondence with the customer showing they did receive the computer, then two months later the computer was stolen from their premises. We advised the customer to file a police report to attempt to recover the stolen merchandise, since the warranty does not cover stolen merchandise.
