I ordered a love doll for my girlfriend for her birthday on 4/28/24. I paid $200.06 for the item. I got an email after several attempts to contact the seller for info on when it will get here. I got one email stating that my order shipped and will be at my home by May 3, 2024. Well that's fine and dandy but I got that email on the 8th. I have sent email after email, I've called 6-8 times only to be disconnected. I have texted them on their contact site over a dozen times. I haven't heard a thing. I am not going to be robbed by these people. I have been patient but my girls Bday has passed and I'm out 200.06 because it hasn't shown up yet. I don't even want to do business with a business that has a sales dept. like this. I ordered it on a temp card. Resolution Sought I want my money refunded to my card. Nothing less than what I have spent. $200.06. I want them prosecuted if they refuse to remedy this situation. I have to move to Arizona in 4 days so even if it has shipped, she'll never see it.
