Well i had already made a complaint with BBB, and asked for them to watch there video surveillance but they refused because they burnt me for 8,400 dollars. SO on 2025-07-06 at 01;54;17 Exactly I was playing burning weel the one with the afterburner. i hit 1,200 times 7 . i waited and waited nobody came i had a friend go flag someone down. they came put codes in opened machine called other people . then comes back saying that's weird when some one hits the machine is suppose to notify main office. she left came back with 1,200 my first time winning. i went home told my mom about it but then noticed the wager 7 and remembered the afterburner was triggerd times 7 i went back to the casino asked they confirmed it and said it was my fault that i didn't get paid they said to just look at it as a loss i got my w2g back from them. they said i should of noticed it at that time so i left in tears. i made complaint with bbb they first confirmed how much i won then later when i asked for them to watch the video surveillance they denied because they know I'm right how hard is that that's to watch it. because they don't want to pay me that's bad business then they turned around and said that there sorry i was mistaken i must of been confused i wish someone would plz watch the video . because i won the money fair and square why cant i get my money like everybody else that wins what makes me different . made me so depressed i had to call 688 help line for emotional support Resolution Sought pay me for my money i had won like they do every body else and thats it watch the video . i guess thats it because thats what i won im not asking for emotional distress thow it would be nice but no im not like that i just want to be treated like everyone else i deserve it so .. Our father please help who ever is reading this who is a honest person like me please do what's right I may you let them see the truth father I have forgiven then but ask this in Jesuses name Amen.

Alicia - I know that you have reached out to mulitple sources seeking help in this matter, but as we have stated before. The informaiton on your W2G is correct. The "7" that is listed next to the $1,200 amount is the line item for the W2G. It does not mean you are owed seven times that payout. If you had an issue on your slot machine, we also directed you to our website (https://www.yaamava.com/faqs) to see how to dispute a winning. That investigation is done by our Gaming Commission so I am not sure what they were able to find out for you, but that would be the correct avenue to file your claim. Once again, here is the information from the website for this and your records: What if I have a dispute over my gambling outcome? If you have a dispute over the play or operation of any Class II or Class III game at Yaamava' Resort & Casino, you have three days to notify the casino and 15 days to submit a completed Gaming Activity Dispute Form. Upon receipt of the Gaming Activity Dispute Form, the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission (SMTGC), an independent Tribal governmental agency, will investigate the dispute and provide a written decision within 60 days. If you disagree with the decision of SMTGC, you have 20-days to file appeal. All information and forms can be found here: sanmanuel.com/dispute. I apologize that his outcome is not to your expectation, but this is the process for filing a complaint about a winning. I have been going to Yaamava' and i played over $135,000 dollars last year never was given a host I was contacted by one who invited me back. Though email and when I contacted him he told me he would comp me $500 so my wife and drove I. That night to find he had never put anything on my card. So I contacted the host on duty he told me he couldn't help me. I was livid. I reached out to the host who told me I would have two day cause he was off work . I said ok I came back a few days later there was $50 food and $150 free play on my card so reached out again asking what was going on and he said he was only allowed to put 3 payments of $150 for the next 3 weeks. Then I never asked for anything from them again . I started making the drive to Morongo casino to do my big betting at least they treat me right and comps are good. But in February this year I did want to make the drive so played at Yaamava and had a bad day I lost over$ 8000 so went to host desk upstairs in the high limit room and asked if I could speak to a host they said no but they could send a message for me . So I explained my situation and showed them my win loss form from previous year showing I really put I'm over $135,000 and lost over $60000 and asked if I could be comped some free play I was having a bad day but I have felt my business with this casino would be worth at least that . But I was told now I hadn't played enough in the previous couple months. I asked if they seen I dropped $135,000 last year Resolution Sought I would like to be treated like I spent $135,000 last year. I get 10 a week in free plays really.
