Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I have not been able to receive or send my very important emails since June 29, 2026. Service went out in my area. After several hours service was restored, but mine never went on. I have spent approximately 20 hours this week trying to get my service back. I've spoken to 10 different representatives when someone finally answers the phone and that's usually holding on for 45 minutes or more. I've been told my landline which no longer exists cannot be changed on my account. I want to list my cell phone number. They say I can't without a supervisor doing it. I was asked my security question, sent in my drivers license and selfie 4 times. I passed all security clearance. I have still not received a callback. I was given a case number last week which is ; 33370880. Can you please help me? Resolution Sought Connect call me back and connect my email asap.

No help recovering my account. And I know my account id and password. Resolution Sought Help regain my account by helping me log in and speak with a live agent
