Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I was trying to log back into an old account but i realized that i had used my old yahoo account from childhood.So i redownloaded it and it says that it's disabled and i don't know how else to get my account back i just need it for a number code so i am able to log back into my other account where the email is being used. It's also my apple id so i don't know what to do. Resolution Sought i just want my account back

Ridiculous that you have to pay to get a password reset on a Yahoo! Mail account. I am not sure who to contact or who to get to help with this. I have attempted to send an email to places I have attempted to AI conversations and all they want me to do is call the 800 number to pay an in person to change and unlock my yahoo account Resolution Sought I would like for yahoo to unlock my account and be able to change my password without having to pay to change my password
