The plastic part broke off of the PTO. I have barely used the new tractor to mow with and they refused to cover the part and send a mechanic to replace it for me. I am a Senior lady and very careful with the tractor. There is zero customer service with Yanmar. I very disappointed. Resolution Sought Minimum to reimburse me $75 for the part. It would be exceptional if they would cover the part and have it replaced for me.
