I called cab at 8:21 pm Thursday 28th continued to call every 20mins as told yhrn called at 11:05 pm still cab was not available the operator refused to give me his name he hung up on me and was very disrespectful. I've never been treated so unruly from anyone like the way that dispatcher treated me he refused to give me his name is asked him for headquarters number he Saudi this is headquarters stupid and thing upon me never had I ever been so disrespected I will be contacting them to share some light on this because working as a public servant should carry some kind of respect and dignity. Resolution Sought I would like first you to find out which dispatcher that was so rude and retrain him in customer service.
