Was offered a free cab ride if I "dressed sexy."

Was offered a free cab ride if I "dressed sexy". I Then called yellow cab company to file complaint on driver, was hung up on.

I have wanted to file an appeal with yellow cab about the amount of money that they say I owe but I do not owe, and every time I ask for the paperwork the manager Jim Fagen just ignores me. Also, I would like to say that ever since I turned him down about two years ago he has been treating me very unfairly, Also he once made a statement about me driving while black. I would like for them to stop ripping the drivers off.
