Improve customer service

I called Yellow Cab at 7149999999 to get a taxi. I gave the operator an address of 1730 Barranca Pkwy in Irvine. I was at the corner of Barranca and Airship Ave. I said that the name of the establishment is Flight (a store). The operator then said I should go in the store and ask the address. I had just given 1730 Barranca. I had to call another company at 7144444444.

Taxi failed to show up and was cancelled

Called for a taxi. First the rep couldn't find the city of San Juan Capistrano. Finally found it and told us taxi would be there in 20 to 30 min. Called after waiting 40 min and the next rep told me the taxi was canceled because we didn't call back in 30 min. WHAT!?! if anything they should be calling me. Give better service to its customers if it wants to stay in business. I would rate the business with zero stars but i cant get the one highlighted ad to unfill!
