Supply me with a cab when I need one.
I am a disabled customer and I use a cane. I work in New York and my only source of getting to the train is the yellow cab because I don't have an uber account. At first the service was excellent, however, since there is a change of staff the service is much to be desired. I used to be able to reserve a cab from overnight, I can no longer do that. I was told to call in the mornings and I started doing that. Then I started getting a lot of talk about having only two cars, and the drivers are independent contractors and a whole lot of talk which does not make good customer service. Sometimes when I call and request a cab I would have to wait for more than 15 mins and when I call back to check on the status I would be put on hold and sometimes totally ignored. After many complaints about the service that I've been receiving, the dispatcher and a driver gave me owner's name and number to call. I called him twice, one afternoon and one morning about 4:50 a.m. after more than 20 mins for a cab. I noticed that since then my calls would be ignored, they would go straight to recording without being answered. This morning, Sunday, September 1, 2019 I called to request a cab. Again the call went straight to voicemail. I called back a while after a female who answered told me that no cab was allowed to be sent to me. I had to walk to the train, my feet started hurting badly and I was 2 hrs late I believe this is discrimination against me because I speak about the poor
