Make sure disable peoples get to there destination which there been paid for

I'm disable and my insurance pay for yellow checker cab to take me and pick me up for my appointment. On 2-28-2019 yellow checker cab didn't pick me up from my doctors appointment. I called them when my appointment was done and that was about 1:30pm I sat there for four and half hours and at they text me and said Thank u your trip has been canceled. Make sure disable peoples get to there destination which there been paid for and make sure there safe getting back home they call or nothing to c if I made it home or not they just said your trip has been canceled
