Yelp.com reviews

For them to be fair to all businesses

Yelp is an app where people can rate and review businesses. I recently claimed my business on this app and have been telling my customers to download the app and leave us a review if they had the time to do so. I started noticing that yelp management was taking down my new reviews, which were good reviews. I inquired about why this was happening and they claim to use an automated system that filters out "fraudulent" or "fake" reviews but these were real reviews from real customers. I did a little research and found that they were only hiding good reviews from businesses that were not paying them for ads. I think thats wrong and immoral. Anyways, I only use google now and am removing my business from yelp.

Real scumbags.

Did not provide what they offered to provide. Overcharged and made outlandish claims that giving them $400 in two weeks would bury my business in additional work.They took $550. Continued to run ads after I canceled, no place to cancel as promised. No one contact. I Got one lead and the yelper wasnt even there. I had to deal with a tenant. I was the fifth contractor to show up from yelp.com leads. You got me this time yelp.com. No way to remove credit card. I had no contract with Yelp.com. 1)I will write a review and complaint a day until they refund the amount not agree upon.
I will write 2 more reviews until they install a way to remove credit card from their crooked website. Caveat Emptor
