This was the worse car place ever. My husband got a car here on October 1 by October 8 after the hurricane the car started acting funny on October 17 we brought the car back, they told us that there was nothing wrong with the car. On Nov. 26 my husband called and talked to the supervisors and they made an apptment for Dec. 5 now they are telling us we have to pay 1033.35 then my husband just talked to them and they changed it to 1100 in a matter of minutes when we call the place they don't want to help us we have yet to talk to the same person twice I don't appreciate being told one thing and five mins it something different. Resolution Sought Have better communication and customer service.

I put down on a car with them and I have a 12 month and a 12,000 mile warranty on my car and they don't want to fix my car or give me another car or my money back. And I have the paper work saying I have a warranty. When I call they put me on hold and never come back to the phone or just will not answer. Resolution Sought I want my money back
