Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. You move me completed a move for me on August 13th of this year. My first problem I had with them I called 3 times before someone called me with a quote. When I was finally called I gave the guy on the phone my address I was moving to & the address I was moving from. Including city, and state. He quoted me and I agreed to said quote, only for him to call me back a day later and tell me he quoted me wrong. This was after I had already hired them & signed something agreeing to this price, and paid a deposit. When they arrived 3 guys came to the door and I was almost afraid to let them in because they came in an unmarked truck and none of them had company shirts or name tags on like I was told they would. They kept taking things and putting it in the truck that I asked for them to leave and let me take. Why would you take open duffel bags and out it In a dirty truck? They also charged me more that'll the final quote was agreed to were 2 hours late getting to the destination. When they got there I noticed they had damaged at least 20 pieces of furniture that was brand new. My Bed frame platform. Has blood all over it from them, several other things in my babies nursery has blood stained all over it as well including a brand new bassinet/changing table/play pen combo, and they also broke my room a vacuum (that I told them not to take) and my Circuit machine. I've called and spoken to people and sent pictures with no resolution. They also asked for cash tip after CC ti Resolution Sought I want my money back, they did more in damages then they did to help. I'm a single mom and now I'm responsible for replacing all of the damaged/broken items and beyond that I can't get the blood out of anything and I shouldn't have to we could have been exposed to all kinds of blood Bourne illnesses including HIV or AIDS.
